It's worth keeping perspective on all this. Celebrities usually train with professional coaches, dedicated time, and a strong reason to be in peak shape for a role, so their results aren't a fair benchmark for anyone juggling a normal schedule. What's genuinely useful is the reminder embedded in every one of those clips: even people who look effortlessly fit got there through ordinary, repeated work. The pull-up doesn't care how famous you are. You still have to do the reps.
